Board Meetings are open to WABV Members.  If you plan to attend a Board Meeting, please email the President at least 24 hours in advance to assure sufficient space for all in attendance.  Thank You.

  • Exhibitor Registration for Spring Wedding Show and Benefit
  • Annual Business Meeting (final Tuesday of the month)
  • Officer and Board Member Elections (throughout the month and finalized at the Annual Business Meeting)

February

  • Spring Wedding Show and Benefit (final Sunday of the month)

March

  • RSVP for Spring Banquet

April

  • Donation to Designated Charity from Spring Show
  • Spring Banquet and Swearing in of Newly Elected Officers
  • Newly Elected Officers and Board Members Take Office

May

June

  • Annual Membership Dues Sent Out (first of the month)
  • Exhibitor Registration for Fall Wedding Show and Benefit

July

August

  • Fall Wedding Show and Benefit (first Sunday of the month)

September

  • RSVP for Fall Banquet

October

  • Donation to Designated Charity from Fall Show
  • Fall Banquet

  • Holiday Party
  • Nomination Period for Officer and Board Elections
