The map indicates the number and location of booths to assist you in selecting your preference of booth location. Please note that the availability of any particular booth is NOT guaranteed at the time you register.
If you are unsure in any way your preference did not go through, email Rebekah (info@wabv.org) ASAP! Your email will be considered your timestamp for registration.
All booth assignments are final — no changes or refunds will be made under any circumstances.
The final layout will depend on how many booths are sold.
