Located on the third floor in the historical Howell & Co. Wholesale Grocers Building, the Brazos Cotton Exchange Ballroom sets the mood for any occasion. The 3,000 square foot ballroom overlooks three sides of picturesque views of historic downtown Bryan. With its original hardwood floors, a caterer’s kitchen, free parking, and an elevator, it’s perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, civic/business events, seminars/conferences, retreats, and all social events.
