What started as a love for entertaining and hosting quickly became a passion project for our owner and CEO, Meredith Dickey. Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, Meredith found herself making charcuterie boards for dinner every night in an attempt to try new foods and perfect the craft of creating elegant and beautiful charcuterie arrangements.

Since April of 2020, Graze & Gala has sold over 10,000 charcuterie boards to members of the BCS community and has catered events all throughout the state of Texas.
