Hello! We are Mitch and Lindsey Hartt, owners of Hartt’s Barbecue & Catering. We are both Aggies (class of 2011–whoop!) and have been catering banquets, ring dunks, and weddings since 2023. Here at Hartt’s we focus on our CRAFT, CARE, and COMMUNITY–all of which represent what it means to bring a little HARTT to your special day.

From full barbecue plates to fajitas to baked potato bars and so much more, our offerings are made from scratch, with Mitch crafting each dish intentionally and creatively. Lindsey brings the hospitality to the service part of your wedding. She partners with you from the very beginning to ensure your day is seamless and your guests leave talking not just about how good the food was, but how efficient and kind the service was as well.
