Square One Downtown Bryan Event Center & Loft is located in the Historic Downtown Bryan District. Historic Downtown Bryan is among the state’s newest Cultural Districts, a distinction awarded to selected cities by the Texas Commission of the Arts. Cultural districts are special community areas that stimulate economic development and community revitalization as well as harness the power of cultural resources and we are proud to be part of this thriving community.

Nestled in the thriving and vibrant Historic Downtown Bryan in a quaint century-old building, is Square One Downtown Bryan Event Center & Loft. Paying careful consideration to the history of the space while still providing modern amenities necessary for any special event, Square One Event Center is an intimate venue for up to 75 guests.

Square One Event Center features a full catering prep area located in the rear of the facilities that is complete with a commercial refrigerator, freezer and a full size catering warming cabinet and accessible back entrance for caterers. A separate bar entertainment area is located in the front of the space with a full bar sink, tapped kegerator, beverage refrigerator and ice machine. Additionally we feature a state-of-the-art Audio Video system with full surround sound and large pull down projection screen TV, perfect for any of your holiday or game day watching parties. Unique to our downtown location is private parking.

Square One also a features a cozy loft apartment located above the Event Space with its own private entrance. This stylish three bedroom, two bath loft can sleep up to 8 with 3 queen-sized beds and one pullout sofa. The kitchen is fully appointed and is complete with our own Square One Downtown Bryan Event Center & Loft coffee blend from What’s the Buzz Coffee. The main bathroom features an antique claw-foot tub perfect for relaxation, while the additional bath has a convenient stand-up shower. The Square One Loft comes complete with WiFi, TiVo and private parking. During Aggie game-day weekends, within walking distance from the Loft, there is convenient access to a free Texas A&M Game-day Shuttle Service from Kyle Field.
